After years of hard work, this combined process has been implemented in large and medium-sized enterprises such as Jushi Group, Shandong Fiberglass, Shandong Zhuoyi Fiberglass, Jiangsu Changhai Fiberglass, Guangzhou Zhongxin Century Fiberglass, Chongqing Sanlei Fiberglass and other large and medium-sized enterprises nationwide. Achieved good results and was recognized by the owner. On this basis, our company is cooperating with related A1 industry companies to build an AI intelligent control system that can automatically judge and automatically adjust operating conditions based on field data based on the existing intelligent system.
2. Project case introduction
Jushi Group's 10,000 tons/day glass fiber warm water treatment and reclaimed water reuse process
1. The amount of treated water
The water treatment capacity of this project is 10,000 tons/day, and the designed maximum flow rate is 420m³/h. After being treated by the reclaimed water system, 6000 tons/day of reclaimed water will be reused for production, with a reuse rate of 60%, and 4000 tons/day of waste water will be discharged up to the standard.
2. Description of process characteristics
In view of the characteristics of glass fiber wastewater, the "physical chemical + biochemical" treatment method, combined with modern MBR membrane treatment technology, replaces the traditional secondary sedimentation tank, increases the sludge concentration of the biochemical tank by more than 2.5 times, and improves the biochemical efficiency. At the same time, using the "MBR membrane + RO membrane" double membrane treatment technology, after 60% of the wastewater is deeply treated, the water quality is better than the production water requirement, and it is reused in each production link of the workshop, while ensuring that the remaining wastewater meets the standard discharge.
The project adopts intelligent, fully automatic and precise control to reduce the number of operators, precise dosing, and reduce the waste of medicine. At the same time, the power equipment is controlled by intelligent frequency conversion, which saves electricity costs.
3. Project picture
The construction standard of this project is high. It adopts a fully enclosed structure, the top of the pool is covered with soil and greening, and the whole is a garden-style project.
